#ChildrensBook: Tales of the Anywhere Ship (Vol 1.) "The Shrew in the Shoe with Nothing to Do”
by Kristopher Michael
The first story told by the professor Jip leaves a smile on your face
In this book the reader is introduced to the inventor (and captain) of the "Anywhere Ship"... Professor James Ian Patterson, and his second in command, Pip (the parrot). After a brief introduction the Professor and Pip give the reader (their newest recruit) a tour of the ship while explaining how it came to be, and as usual while visiting with the Professor, he takes out one of his favorite storybooks to tell a rhyming tale (in this case about a shrew who learns a valuable lesson regarding friendship); for the Professor believes greatly in the observation of a good tale to find the meaning(s) behind them.
Your journey with the Professor and Pip has just begun! Each book is written as a continuing and involving conversation/shared experience between the characters and the reader, giving children the opportunity to learn and laugh alongside the Professor and Pip, as they share inspiring tales, interesting facts and even "how-tos" spanning a wide variety of subject matter.

About The Author:
Though not a classically trained author, Kristopher Michael’s interest in writing was suddenly and unexpectedly sparked while making a joke with a friend; what followed was a list of rhyming moral-based stories that would be told by “Professor Jip” and his parrot friend “Pip”, in the “Tales of the Anywhere Ship” series.
A native of Newfoundland, Canada, he currently resides in The Netherlands.
