I am happy to have this reference as a guide of my diet. May be all of us knows that Carbs can really make us fat or gain weight, but upon reading this book it teaches me how to eat Carbs which does not makes me fat. The author shares that not all Carbs makes us fat meaning not all carbs considered as our enemy. The author is also correct that everything always starts within us, we need to discipline ourselves and apply exercise to loss our weight because it will not come like a meteors.
