As someone who experiences some pretty severe anxiety on a regular basis, this work has done wonders. While there is no quick fix, the author provides some fantastic tips for how to be self-aware of your anxiety, the triggers for anxiety, and how to use some easy-to-understand approaches to mitigating your anxiety while it happens.
