WHITE WOMAN LOST IN A JUNGLE
A young, beautiful white woman from a rich and prominent American family was flying over Africa on a reconnaissance expedition when suddenly her small two engine plane developed some kind of unknown engine trouble which crashed her small plane in the jungle. As fate would have it, she was rescued by a young African hunter who was hunting in the area and saw the plane came down. The young white female was unconscious and bleeding from a cut on her forehead and so the young hunter removed her from the plane and took her to his Village.
The Village was celebrating its traditional harvest festivities and the most fascinating activity in these festivities was always the once every three years, duel of the knuckleheads, which was a competitive head knocking with bare knuckles tightly clenching a small rock.
This feat signified the rite of passage from pubescent to manhood, with no reward other than their rightful place in their closely weaved society.
The white woman was thus privileged to witness what in her eyes, was a strange and a very brutal and bloody kind of duel.
She was overcome with fascination. The daring and unquestioned brutality of the fight, the bravery and fearlessness of the young fighters to cause pain and absorbs pain, and to go down in defeat fighting, left her simply mesmerized.
