I always go through spurts in my life where I'll eat really healthy and workout quite often, and then a month or two later, I always seem to fall off track. When I fall off track, I love to read books like this to inspire me to get back into things. However, after reading this book, I am hopeful that I can stay on track better than I have in the past. This was such an inspirational, yet quick read, so it's perfect to pick back up whenever I'm starting to feel in a rut. Really great book!

Walter Johnson Jr.
is a creative soul with many artistic talents who currently resides in Dallas, Texas. His areas of expertise include a variety of arts, including mixed media sculpture, painting, photography, filmmaking, music production, theatrical arts, and more.

While cultivating and refining his skills of artistry, Walter has also claimed the title of Audio Engineer and Published Author. His book, “5 Minutes to Fitness” was written in order to inspire men and women alike to achieve their fitness goals by utilizing the most simple and direct method available—their time. Additionally, he was a winner on the HGTV show, “Endless Yard Sale.” Walter’s ultimate motivation in this life is to help others discover and live their God-given purpose.

His humble intent is to serve God, his beautiful family, and people in general. Walter is happily married to his beautiful wife and, together, are the proud parents of two sons.
